"Freak Off was an elaborate sex show that resulted in sex acts orchestrated, directed, performed by Combs, and often recorded electronically," reads one of the indictments.
Not only that, P Diddy was also accused of controlling the victims through violence and making promises of financial rewards or punishment.
Still based on the contents of the indictment, Combs and his security officers are said to have carried firearms. Puff Daddy brandished a gun to threaten the victims and other witnesses.
During a search of his home, officers reportedly found several AR-15 rifles with defaced serial numbers.
Based on information from CBS News, Wednesday (18/9), Judge Robyn Tarnofsky ordered Combs to be detained after hearing statements from the prosecutor and Combs' legal team.
Marc Agnifilo, Combs' attorney, appealed the decision, but still lost. According to prosecutors, Combs' detention was necessary because he was considered to be a danger to society. P Diddy is also considered to have repeatedly obstructed and potentially run away.
